05 Payment at the table

A bank card completes the visit without a trip to the cashier

Card payment takes place at the table through the restaurant’s connected payment flow.

The guest journey

The guest selects card payment on Potok. The next steps depend on the device configuration and the restaurant’s connected payment solution.

01

Checks the amount

The guest checks the current bill and selects bank card payment.

02

Adds a tip

If enabled, the guest selects a percentage, amount, or no tip before paying.

03

Confirms payment

The guest uses the card interaction method provided by the payment solution.

04

Gets the result

The guest sees confirmation of a successful transaction or clear instructions if it is declined.

What changes on the floor

The journey from checking the bill to confirming payment stays at the table and does not interrupt service for other guests.

01

Pay when ready

The guest does not wait for a terminal to become available and be brought to the table.

02

Less unnecessary movement

Staff can focus on service instead of moving payment equipment around.

03

A natural tip step

The option to leave a tip fits naturally before payment confirmation.

Acquiring and security depend on the payment architecture

TableAds does not replace the bank or payment processor. Support for contactless payments, cards, receipts, and refunds is defined when the integration is designed.
