Electronic waiter on every table
The device on the table takes the order, calls the waiter, shows the bill and helps the guest pay it independently.

A physical service point on every table.
A guest should not have to open a menu website on their own phone. Potok is already installed on the table: a separate device with a service interface that runs on the WaiterNow platform and stays available throughout the visit.
01
The device is already installed at the right spot
02
Menu and ordering work right on the device
03
Payment and tips are available without waiting for the waiter
What Potok can do
Order, waiter, payment and tips on one screen
The guest picks dishes, sends the order and pays the bill at the table. The team receives requests and spends more time on service.

First feature
The menu turns into a clear path to a finished order
The guest picks dishes and places the order right on the Potok device installed on the table.
02

Follow-up order without waiting
Drinks, dishes and add-ons can be ordered at any moment of the visit without looking for a waiter again.
03

Waiter call
The guest calls a waiter with one tap: no raised hand, no searching for a glance and no attempts to attract attention.
04

Pay via SBP
The guest chooses the Fast Payment System on their own and pays the bill without waiting for a waiter.
05

Bank card payment
Card payment is made at the table through the payment scenario connected by the restaurant.
06

Tips for the waiter
When paying, the guest chooses the amount or percentage of the tip intended for the serving waiter.
07

Service requests
Help, cutlery, napkins or another venue scenario are called with a separate button.
08

Current bill
The guest sees the confirmed items and the current order amount before going to payment.
10

Reviews during the visit
The guest rates the service before leaving, and the team can react to a comment immediately.
11

Promo and recommendations
Promotions, seasonal offers and relevant add-ons appear at the moment of choice.
12

Content and analytics
The restaurant updates materials centrally and analyzes actions and requests by table.
One clear path from choice to payment
The interface guides the guest step by step and always leaves the option to contact a person.
01
Chooses from the menu
Browses dishes and builds the order right on the device already installed on the table.
↘
02
Orders
Confirms the cart, and the order with the table number goes to the connected restaurant system.
↘
03
Manages the visit
Orders more, calls a waiter and sees the current bill amount.
↘
04
Completes
Pays on their own via SBP or bank card and leaves a tip for the waiter.
↘
Benefits for business
Potok reduces pauses in service, passes guest actions to the restaurant system and helps measure the pilot result.

Less waiting
Menu, follow-up orders, calls and the path to payment are available at the table at the moment the guest is ready to act.
What we measure
- Time to first order
- Time from bill request to payment
Time between visit stages
Illustrative sample report. Actual values appear after the pilot.
Faster table turnover
We remove pauses between choosing, ordering, billing and paying. The effect is compared with control tables during the pilot.
What we measure
- Visit duration
- Seatings per shift

Higher average check potential
Recommendations, modifiers and add-ons appear at the moment of choice, while the guest is still building the order.
What we measure
- Impressions and add-ons
- Pilot average check
Routine team actions
Illustrative sample report. Actual values appear after the pilot.
Less routine and fewer manual errors
The guest confirms items and modifiers on the screen. An event with the table number goes to the restaurant system, and the waiter focuses on recommendations and hospitality.
What we measure
- Order corrections
- Team reaction time

Payment and tips in one scenario
SBP, bank card, NFC and tips are connected to match the restaurant payment configuration. The guest finishes the visit without a separate wait.
What we measure
- Share of self-service payments
- Tip frequency and amount
Publishing changes
Illustrative sample report. Actual values appear after the pilot.
Scaling without changing the POS
The integration layer connects Potok with iiko, r_keeper, the loyalty program and WaiterNow events. Content and service rules can be prepared for a table, a dining room, a restaurant or a chain.
What we measure
- Exchange stability
- Speed of publishing changes
We record the result in the pilot
We do not borrow percentages from other cases. Before scaling we agree on metrics, connect selected tables and compare the result with the baseline period.
Not another gadget. A working service point.
01
Less
routine trips around the dining room
The guest handles some of the repetitive actions on their own, and the waiter stays nearby where a person is truly needed.
02
Faster
response to a table request
The team receives a specific event with a table number: a new order, a call, a bill request or a request for help.
03
More precise
ordering and communication
Selected items, modifiers and comments are shown on the screen until the guest confirms them.
04
More
guest touchpoints
The device stays on the table throughout the visit and helps offer a follow-up order, service, bonuses or feedback at the right time.
Always in its place. Always ready for the guest.
Potok is designed for permanent placement in the guest area. It is a standalone service point, not a page on the guest’s phone. The interface and set of modules are tailored to the restaurant.
- Compact placement on the table
- Constant readiness without the guest phone
- Choice of service modules for the venue format
- Branding and centralized content updates

Integration
WaiterNow works with iiko and r_keeper
After the API connector is configured, the platform receives the menu and availability, passes on guest actions and returns the current order state to the screen.
The set of methods is defined after a technical audit, access provisioning and a check of the licenses of the restaurant installed configuration.
Integration with iiko
- Authorization and getting an access token
- Item catalog, external menu and stop lists
- Creating an order at the table and follow-up orders
- Receiving the order by table and event notifications
- Payment, tips and loyalty in the chosen configuration
Integration with r_keeper
- Secure data exchange with the restaurant server
- Menu, prices and stop list of the restaurant
- Creating, checking and changing an order
- Order statuses and event notifications
- Bill, prepayment and payment where a license is available

The main points in brief
At the demo we will show the device itself, the available modules and the table scenarios.
Is the device permanently on the table?
Yes. Potok is designed as a permanent service point in the guest area and works without the visitor’s phone.
Can the interface be styled to match the restaurant?
Yes. Colors, screensavers, menus and promo materials are adapted to the visual style of the venue.
Does the guest need to install an app?
No. The guest does not open a website or install an app: they use the device that is already on the table.
Can we start with a few tables?
Yes. A pilot in a selected zone helps verify the interface, team processes and integration scope before scaling.
How does the guest pay for the order?
The guest opens the bill on Potok, chooses SBP or a bank card, completes the payment through the connected payment system and can add a tip for the waiter.
