10 In-the-moment feedback
A concern can be resolved while the guest is still in the restaurant
Guests rate the service before leaving, giving the team a chance to respond immediately.

The guest journey
A short survey appears at an appropriate point in the service. Positive feedback is recorded, while a critical response can alert the responsible team member.
01
Receives a short question
The survey does not interrupt the visit and can consist of a rating and one follow-up question.
02
Chooses a rating
The guest shares an impression of the food, speed, or service.
03
Adds a comment
If needed, the guest explains the reason for the rating in a free-form or guided response.
04
Sees the response
In a negative scenario, the restaurant can immediately offer help from a staff member.
What changes on the floor
The restaurant gets a chance to restore the guest’s trust before the visit ends and builds useful feedback over time.
01
A signal before departure
The team learns about a problem while there is still time to change the guest’s impression.
02
Table context
Feedback can be linked to the visit time and service at a specific table.
03
Clear statistics
Structured ratings are easier to compare across shifts, areas, and periods.
Critical ratings can become service events
Notification rules, personal-data storage, and further publication of feedback are agreed separately with the restaurant.
