01 Self-service ordering at the table

The menu becomes a clear path to a completed order

Guests choose dishes and place orders directly on the Potok device installed on the table.

The menu, modifiers, and cart are available on the device already placed on the table.

The guest journey

Guests browse categories, photos, and dish details on the Potok screen, choose modifiers, and submit their cart without waiting for a staff member to become available.

01

Opens the menu

From the start screen, the guest selects the menu and immediately sees current categories and available items.

02

Builds the order

Adds dishes and chooses sizes, add-ons, and other restaurant-defined options.

03

Reviews the cart

Before sending it, the guest checks the items, quantities, comments, and total.

04

Confirms the order

The order is assigned to the table and sent to the connected restaurant system.

What changes on the floor

Guests order when it suits them, while the team receives a complete request linked to the table.

01

Less manual entry

The guest’s selection is captured in the interface before the order reaches the staff.

02

Up-to-date presentation

Menu changes and out-of-stock items can be reflected on all devices centrally.

03

Relevant add-ons

Drinks, sauces, and extras are suggested in the context of the selected dish.

The order is linked to the table and restaurant system
